AveryTheKitty 2626 Posted May 13, 2015 Is it possible to export a UV set to be used for the creation of textures? Thanks.
soldierman 16 Posted May 13, 2015 In object builder goto UV Editor > UV Editor > Export. I normally use EMF file type, tick specify dimensions and choose the resolution for your texture. If you do not do this it tends to crop the image slightly and make its resolution not a power of 2 and therefore the image can't be converted to paa. Once you have your EMF file, open it with some image software, i use microsoft office as it works and i already had it on my PC. Save the image as a png to get the transparency working properly. And voila, you have a template to start texturing.
