Laser Designator mods

Hi,

Does anyone know of a mod that allows a laser designator painted target to show on an aircraft HUD?

I see the FT-2 mod does it but is there a stand alone mod that'll make this work with vanilla and add on heli's and fixed wing?

Heres a vid of what I'm talking about but its part of a FT-2 package which i dont want:
