Texture / UV Map issues

Hey folks,

got a tiny but annoying issue with textures and I've got no clue what is causing this. Maybe someone can help a hand here..

Out of whatever reason, my _co texture is applied twice to my model. First time it's exactly how the uv map says so, the second time it is applied in full ontop of that. See the following picture as example:

The one big red line should be the only one visible. Yet I can see the full texture over the box again.

The boxmodel was made in 3ds max and exported with the old ArmA2 Modding Toolbox (it's the only p3d exporter I could find that would work. The official ArmA3 exporter always spawned some error or didn't worked at all).

Any thoughts?

Perhaps you have multiple uv sets. Go into 3ds and make sure there is only one uv map

This should not be the case. I've made the block "from scratch" and the UV map modifier was set only once.

Found the problem. My *.rvmat was fucked up. I fixed it and bam, no double-textures anymore. Highly interesting the stuff that can be done with rvmats.
