gmangavin 10 Posted January 15, 2015 I have been trying and trying to figure out how I can get this to work and constantly looking online to get this to work. How can I use my own custom texture I make in photoshop and make a road with it?
m1lkm8n 411 Posted January 15, 2015 very easy. just look at the road textures in the a3 road directory and create a texture in the same way. then in the roadslibconfig you add you road to a separate class in the same way the classes are already defined in it. then when you lay a shapefile in tb and give it the id number of your class in that config it will use the texture you specified

NeoArmageddon 958 Posted January 15, 2015 Wasn't this discussed in the map making skypegroup today too? Basically: You don't. Use the new shapefile technique. It cause you less headache and can utilize external programs. Also it is MUCH easier to change roads later in development.
