der_eismann 10 Posted January 8, 2015 Hey everyone, since I couldn't find a separate forum for reporting bugs I am just writing here. And I wanted to ask: Is the Victoria Crater broken? I sent several probes there, but they just sink in since there is no floor. You can see it on this screenshot: And something different with Deimos: Is it because of the low gravity? Do I need the Zero-G Probe? Or is it a bug that it is descending extreeeemely slowly? Bye bye! ---------- Post added at 00:10 ---------- Previous post was at 23:36 ---------- I just found the bugtracker... sorry!
dragon01 902 Posted January 9, 2015 Zero-G probe makes a lot of sense if you plan on exploring Deimos, I found that with its unlimited fuel and easy maneuvering, it's much more economical to send one, maybe two of them to Deimos instead of bothering with normal probes. afkellogg 10 Posted January 10, 2015 It happened the same thing with me on the Victoria Crater both rover and manned.
powermatt 10 Posted January 12, 2015 Likewise, I'm running into this issue with the manned scenarios. Start the mission, fall through the floor. It's pretty much unplayable. The moon seems to work fine, but several of the Mars scenarios are completely broken. --- Likewise, it seems the bug has been reported here: http://mars.takeonthegame.com/feedback/view.php?id=
dram 14 Posted January 12, 2015 Sorry guys, we were on vacation, back now and are looking at it right now. I expect a fix for it today.
