Crane, Rope, & Container

I was wondering if anyone can come up with (maybe a script if possible) or any other way which a crane ia created, with a rope hanging from it and a container attached? If this isnt detailed enough please ask questions, thanks.

I am no scripter but i saw a video on the term Attachto cpmmand and I think if you know the id of the crane it might work I was actually trying to do this myself in zues where I thought I could just set the height but no good I would be interested to see how this works for you.
