Capjerahya 11 Posted December 21, 2014 (edited) Hi, its me again asking old modeling problem. So every time I make a texture with alpha channel and apply it to my model the transparency is not quite right. it always end up like this. http://prntscr.com/5jdtn0 the way I make the texture is by photoshop. alpha channel is pure black and white, no fancy transparency then save it as paa using kegetys plugin. I already tried DXT1, ARGB4444 and ARGB1555 format but it all looks the same. I check other models that people made but transparency is fine until I open the paa in photoshop and save it without editing then transparency problem shows up. Some parts of the model its fine but other parts look that bad. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong in making the textures? By the way. Mrap in the screenshot is namman2's and never got a response from him for 3 weeks now so I can't release it if I'm done. :p Edited December 22, 2014 by Capjerahya

Capjerahya 11 Posted December 22, 2014 (edited) well I figured out what cause the problem. I feel stupid not knowing it. when saving the texture I have to uncheck the "filter alpha" in kegetys plugin settings. :p Cheers. :> Off topic. The mrap can actually be released. Namman2 released the mlod for everyone. :) Edited December 25, 2014 by Capjerahya
