Can't play, claim loop

I am unable to play the game currently. I have made an account, and I claimed the game. But when I go to play, it says to claim the game once more. I have logged out and back in, but I cannot reclaim the game, it just says play. So I am in a pickle. Help?

Hey Im having the same issue too. Im using the exact version for chrome, enabled the WebGL thing, and ive logged in with the correct password and username. It keeps saying: You Must Claim The Game In The store.

I dont know whats going on but i really want it fixed asap. If anyones been on MINIDAYZ, Tell me if you had any errors

Same claim error here and I have tried multiple browsers and re-logging from every angle.

Hello everyone! If claiming loop issue occurs please contact our support on: support@bistudio.com . We encountered the problem before and it shouldn't be happening but if the opposite is true let our support know so they can work with our IT guys on a fix.  ;)
