splendid camera in singleplayer scenario

Splendid camera doesn't seem to be available for singleplayer scenarios. The only post I found on how to use it for scenarios is to edit description.ext, which doesn't help for .pbo missions. Is there any way to use the camera in SP scenarios?

You can use Tao A3 Debug tools in SP.

But you can't run it while playing an SP scenario.
