Mister Frag 0 Posted September 17, 2002 I suspect the problem is with the default MTU size used by Windows XP, which causes packet fragmentation on PPPoE connections. If the fragments arrive out-of-sequence, strange things will start happening. I would suggest going to the DSLReports Tools Page and running the TweakTest applet. It will diagnose your network connection (regardless of whether it is a DSL connection or not) and make recommendations on what, if anything, to change. Sometimes when some player disconnects, its ghost prevents some other players to receive any messages.
