Report this to Bohemia interactive or battleye and they will take care of it but if you want him banned fast from the server easily tell a server admin on their teamspeak or website.

Bohemia interactive (BIS) are unable to do anything with privately hosted servers. Please report this sort of offence to the Server owner.
