Add inventory/gear option to any item/object

How can you add inventory/gear option to any item/object you would want to ?

Lets say i add a cardboard box on the floor in editor; how can i make it have an inventory option as if it was an ammobox and make it hold say 10 items max.(guns, ammo clips, any other items)

I doubt you can do that with pure scripting. Instead you'd need to edit/make a new config for some object, configuring its "inventory" (I don't think that's the proper term in this context) as desired.

But hey, just use an ammo-box.

Who cares in the end? ;)

Or alternatively you can spawn weapons and/or ammunition into weaponholders and put them onto the desired object (e.g. a table or an open box or something). That might actually be a good alternative for you. Search the forum for "weaponHolder" and give it a try!

Create a weaponholder, attach it to the box, make it invisible, voilà.
