How Do I Edit a Vanilla Multiplayer Mission

Hi, I was wondering how I can edit a vanilla multiplayer mission, specifically "Superpowers" or "When Diplomacy Fails". I've found the mission PBOs, but I don't know where to go from there. Thanks.
