Respawn Module created markers on Dedi ?

Recommended Posts

Hi !

i use the new respawn infantry position module and have it set to "show marker" to everyone. In the editor i see the respawn position marker on the map but not as client on a dedicated server running the mission, whats the problem here ?

It uses the same difficult settings like i do in the editor so i dont know why it should not work.

How do you have it setup? Are you using the actual respawn modules in the editor or markers like "respawn_west" ?

I use the Respawn position (Infantry) module, respawn is setup like you would do it usually and works fine, only problem is the markers (which are automatically generated at the position of the module) not showing on a dedicated server for the client, could someone please check that ?

If you are referring to the text that appears in the respawn menu (ie: Main Base, FOB) you cannot use the modules you must use respawn_west markers (it's a bug). So instead of say 3 modules place down 3 markers called "respawn_west", "respawn_west1", "respawn_west2" and in the text field of each write the text you want to appear in the respawn menu.

No im talking about the markers, please test this:

Use the respawn position (infantry) marker in the editor (preview), if you open the map you see a marker at the position of the module.

Now try the same on a dedicated server, you wont see the markers but the respawn positions still work...but i want to see the markers, thats the way it should work !
