Arrowhead music in an other game?

So there has been a new game' released on Steam a couple of days ago and I am not completely sure, but I think I hear a soundtrack from Arrohead in it. It has been a very long time since I played ArmA2 so I am not sure anymore!

The game itself is an amateur pile of crap that already had a whole bunch of copyright and trademark infrigements so I would not be surprised that this 'dev' also ripped the music from games.

If I am right then BI should do something about it.
