LeeFriendField 10 Posted May 17, 2014 As we all know Gamespy is closing it's doors on May 31's, but with this closing Bohemia has managed to wiggle its way out of the server browser being powered through gamespy problem by using Steam servers. The problem here is some servers are not visible when looking with the Steam servers while they are visible when looking with Gamespy servers. flyinpenguin 30 Posted May 24, 2014 You got it the other way round buddy. The gamespy ones are broken, the steam one works fine. The button means which one it will switch to if you press it. The thing displayed on the button is the thing that is currently selected (switch to LAN mode and you'll see what I mean) to answer the OP - different ports are required for the steam server browser.
