Arma 3 keeps minimizing itself

So Arma 3 randomly just started minimizing itself whenever I launch it. It's still responding and when I click it I can see the menu for a second then it minimizes itself again. Does anyone know how to fix this? it's super weird

nm ofr some reason it works now, weird....

turn off windows problem reporting, sometimes it can interfere with fullscreen games.
