Desyncs if we reach 40 players

Hello,

We have a really big problem, if we reach over 40 player every player has a desync of 10000 and sometimes every player is walking on one place for 10 minutes. I hope anyone can help me...

Server specs:

Root-Server

CPU: Intel XEON 12x 3.5Ghz

RAM: 16GB DDR3 1600RAM

HDD: 1TB HDD

Trafficflat

600k download

800k upload

Basic.cfg:

As per Terox, you need to read through, understand what the values do and set them accordingly. Just start with the base settings that are advised and tweak (or not) to your requirements.
