The ai have built in night vision?

I really cant stand fighting at night. I get waxed fast by these super night vision troops that dont even have NVG on. Will they ever fix it so the AI doesnt cheat so much at night? Makes me want to give up cant stand the AI hitting me from afar when i have NVG and cant hit them easy.

To be honest I think the AI's aiming is to good period. Cant stand dieing from long range by a guy 350m away and hes using a AK.

yes they are like super AI, i've been killed by russian a squad leader at night 200 meters away, but i was behind 3 bushes and a small hill , and a tree. lets hope the patch is coming

I think they put a pretty yellow square around you. Like when you're told to "target soldier..."

Theirs is just more accurate.

At least that's what I think. It would explain how they shoot at you through bushes and stuff like that.

They haven't got super night sight at all. On one of the infiltration missions, I had two man patrols passing 10 feet or so away, even stopping, and they didn't see me. I think they have super hearing though, as if I tried to do anything like moving when they were so close or switching weapons they'd scan for a second then shoot me.

You've just got to be very quiet until the first shot is fired.

I agree, I have noticed they are completely blind during the night. It's so funny. Actually maybe you should consider walking in the lower stance or crawling. Never run near enemies. For acoustic reasons.

I have the same experience but if u notice its only the squad leaders, the officers the rest of them couldn't hit the brod side of a tank.

well it remember me one time (in version 1.46) i was playing coop.... i get killed and it zoomed to the guy that killed me:

he was at long range at night behind a house !!!

i reamber playing co op on 1.75 it was oil wars anyways i was below a hit alittle ways on the edge of the forest anyways the AI that killed me was on the other side of the hill what makes me wounder is one how could he of shot me through the forest that is hard but letalone a Hill thats some pritty good ammo i would like to get some if it can penitrate a hill

Remember, in the time it takes to do all the camera tricks and finally zoom on ur killer he could have gone a ways

I agree with that last post. I've never seen the enemy do anything superhuman. They can just aim like a chimp on steroids, except that that chimp is a human with good aim. I always was frustrated by the way nobody can see you at night, however. Like in the original campaign, the last night mission where you try to steal documents. I don't know how many people were in the same bush as me for so long, and nothing ended up happening to me.

If you have troubles seeing in the dark, moving the "gamma correction" slider

works at least for me.
