Multiple terrains possible for numerous small islands in big sea?

I'd like to make a sea map with a number of small but detailed islands far apart. Is it possible to use a muber of small higher res terrains fro them and a lower res one for the sea, or must I only use one terrain for the whole map?

To the best of our knowledge at the moment you can only use one resolution per map.
