Xathrodox86 10 Posted March 20, 2014 I have a question concerning the installation of new mods. After I download a new version of the mod, which I already have in my Arma3 directory, do I need to "uncheck it" in the addons menu, and then "check it" again, or is the game smart enough to use it without all the fuss, which accompanies the installation of new mods? I have so many mods, that I can't initialize them by command line in Steam. I have to install them manually in game menu, but new versions come out so often that it's becoming really frustrating to do that every.single.time a new version of MCC or XMed system pops out. Help appreciated.

Greenfist 1863 Posted March 21, 2014 The addon menu just specifies which mod folders are loaded at launch. So if you update the contents of a folder, you just have to restart the game. If you intend to keep multiple mods up-to-date all the time, you should use Play withsix.
