Static id on map?

I read this in official announcement:

Stratis and Altis also use a newly introduced static ID technology. This should guarantee that the IDs of objects placed in a terrain's WRP will remain the same no matter what we add/remove/patch in the source map project. In other words, for scenarios that use specific IDs, this should be the last time a massive change of IDs will occur.

It's a very good news, because I have to rework my missions after every patch, because I use map objects by ID.

So HOW can I use this static ID? How can I get it? (In the editor, if I turn on the ID, I saw the non-static and always changed IDs)

And haw can I get the object with this static ID?

I wonder the same, and i also would like to remove the piles of crap they threw in (Kavala harbor).

No clue how to..

@Gunny1979: Thanks for the reply, even if it!s a bad news. I hope they figure out something to solve the problem to rewrite my missions after all patches.
