I am very interested in entering the Make Arma not War contest, however I am 15 and will be 16 in a few months. At the time of my turning 16 if I register before hand can I drop my representative that I had to have had to enter?

lol what? Submission of data files is open until 28th October 2014. I see no end date (other than "will be announced") for applications. Plus, afaik, the submission form is not even up yet...
