Game logic units

Everybody uses them to fetch coordinates, but

in a dePBOed single mission from original OFP (Ambush I think) there is a lot of gamelogic units, connected with triggers.It seems like they have important role in controlling the game flow.Does anyone know what are they intended to be used for?

Hi kuzmich

You can use them for loads of things.

I used them in BS06 to act as positions for a programed dynamic strategy for the AI. Depending where you show weekness the enemy changes its strategy. By moving the AIs waypoints to diferent Game logics. De-pbo it to find out how.

I also used it to set the position of fixed guns so that they dont slant and look wrong.

There was a whole description of a mess of thigs to use game logics for at the OFPEC forum in the FAQs I dont know if they have got it back yet go there and see smile.gif

I've posted even the whole tutorial from OFPEC somewhere

there twice or so.

Could be you need to enhance your search results up to earlier

than only from this year wink.gif
