High Command Mode, Squad Control?

I was playing Superpower and when I rebooted the game, I was on High Command mode. Now I can control squad leaders, but I can't control MY squad units! How do I change to squad control and not command mode?

You can't.

You need to exit High Command, give orders to your squad then re-enter High Command to order the other units.
