Some doubts with A2 models (importing in A3 )

Hi,

I was playing with new A2 unbinarized contents and I've imported the MV22 ( nothing special atm, only modified config and path files to makes things works in a3 ) .. One question..

In this packet I haven't got some files connected with p3d and so on.. Like for example: ca\air\data\bis_klan.tga . What I've to do with this dependencies? Can I delete them? Can I import this directly from my A2 pbo? Don't know.. Before doing something I can't do I ask... :rolleyes:

use arma2p from mikero, then overwrite all data on p with the source model release from today

Not sure what Arma2p do, I've do all manually to understand things better. I will try now. Btw so I can make a pbo with mv22 with this bis_klan.tga and so on simply unpbo this from my a2 pbo, right?

arma2p extracts CO/OA+A2 to p drive.

As the textures are not/seem not be part of the source data release, you still need A2/OA or to replace the textures.

Download the licensed data package (not the sample models), extract that via methods mentioned, and you might find the textures in there.
