naked soldiers/empty vest bug

because I personally still have problems with this bug and it's really bad to no more be able to make custom soldiers :(

it's two main builds now that lot of people have problems in making custom loadouts .

when you remove/add uniforms and another player join weird things happen , like soldier losing their stuff in the vest or becoming naked

already. Unfortunately you can only do so with the base classes (vanilla), with the mods it becomes almost impossible.
