soldat_ryan 10 Posted October 30, 2013 Hi, i have got trouble with players using box retail of the game. My servers appear in red for them and they can't connect on them. The game says them they do not use the good version of the game. Other server admin meet this problem or not ? How can i resolve it if you have a solution. All others players can connect. maddogx 13 Posted October 30, 2013 Box retail needs to be activated on Steam just like all the rest, so it's really no different than the standard Steam version. The disc just contains a snapshot of the Steam data, after all. Ask them what version number their game displays in the main menu (bottom right corner) and make sure everyone (including the server) is running the same version.
