Hull for example could be reduce significantly, probably 10% only needed Many of the rounded parts can be reduced 50% It's difficult to do maybe you use the decimate function in Blender. Add some weight - As I've stated many times in many places, you CLASS in CfgModels MUST be the same as your p3d file So your p3d is called patrolboat So this wont work. class CfgModels { class Ares_Big_Patrol_Boat { As for boats not moving in ArmA3, I'm no longer helping people trying to fix this, because we dont have enough info from BI, or the right tools, and its as frustrating as hell.
