BreadMaker 10 Posted September 19, 2013 (edited) The question I need to ask what happens if you set higher than 7 threads on a quad-core processor, with the cpu count aside will this increase the amount of CPU ARMA 3 will utilise? Without any damaging side-effects such as voltage spikes / or over-heating? So you can't force ARMA 3 to open extra threads? Any more than 7? maddogx 13 Posted September 19, 2013 -exthreads doesn't actually set the "number of threads" to 7 (or whatever you set it to), and the highest valid value for it is 7.
