Yashamalu 10 Posted September 14, 2013 Been laying Wasteland for almost 2 months, and found that the easiest and safest and cheapest way to kill someone is to get a .50 sniper rifle and rangefinder and get a good spot and make enemies rage quit. It's just too easy, too OP. Now I'm not here to discuss the opness of anti-material rifle in CQB, but that the actual accuracy in game is unrealistically and stupidly good. There are many videos on Youtube describing real sniping stories in which snipers missed their first few shots over long distances due to a variety of reasons, yet here you can easily one-shot targets 1.5 km away, assuming you can still see him. This totally sucks, obviously BI again throw away what should be included in the default content to moders. PS: Seriously 20 years later you would figure that people finally come up with a way to stick rangefinder onto the scope, so that you don't have to search your pocket every time a new enemy is found.
