This is a feature on Arma's military big brother, VBS. http://products.bisimulations.com/products/subproduct/vbs2/vbs2-1x-after-action-review The unitcapture\play thing already put a heavy load on the game and the result is kind of choppy, so I don't think there is an easy way to script it in.
