Arma 2 Story i've made and played. (Please read)

Little message: Please read this,i wrote this story and maybe you should share it, but i really don't want it to be written for nothing.

The story of Arma 2: Makarov begins when Private Yoni joined the USMC

(United States Marine Corporation).

Yoni went to the marine base of Takistan as new recruit, the airbase

close to Loy Manara. When he arrived Yoni was fascinated, but

disturbed to seeing dead bodies, wrecks just on some few places on

the ground of Loy Manara. As he leave the UH-60S (Blackhawk) his

Officer awaits him, ready to train him further. Days passed,even

months passed and Yoni was ready for his first mission, actually

take part to the siege of the Capital of Takistan: Rasman. Yoni and

his team were settled just as Yoni saw someone...a special someone,

actually his best friends: Jess, Tibo, Arne, Sandro. They all joined

the USMC. The Officer knew it and putted them all together cause

they all would give their life for saving their best friend. So the

first mission began, as they were dropped from a Ural, the siege

started and ended well, Rasman and his airport were under control

of the USMC. Yoni and his friends were briefed many small but hard,

risky missions and they all succeed. When they all became Corporal,

they were added to the Whiskey Squad, the squad who will hunt down

Colonel Aziz, leader of the Takistan Army. With many losses, they

managed to kill Aziz, but one person died...Sandro. Yoni became

depressive and was sended home for 2 years.

2 years later, Yoni arrived at Loy Manara again and his Officer

telled him he isn't at the right place. So Yoni, Jess, Tibo and

Arne were placed at Chernarus, a Russian land full of rebels, called

themselfs the Insurgents. As Yoni joined the woodland USMC, he was

directly replaced with his friends at the Force Recon. Here's were

this quick-story almost comes to his end. So Yoni became the Leader

of his own FR Squad, and did many missions to kill and find Officers,

Leaders of the Insurgents, to free Chernarus. But there was one

mission, were they tried to kill the Highboss Makarov and ambush

Makarov's convoy, it failed, cause Makarov escaped from his convoy

under attack and reached Yoni and Jess more up the mountain, were

Yoni and Jess needed to snipe Makarov. So Makarov shot at Yoni, but

only shot his shoulder because Yoni jumped away, but Makarov shot

Jess in the head...

Yoni was unconcious so Makarov thought he'd be dead, wrong, the USMC

went after Makarov and searched him, but he vanished. As Yoni got

back consious he knew he can't lose someone else again...Yoni was

thinking to suicide but in the Army it is impossible + Yoni wants

Makarov dead no matter what, he would give his life to kill him.

But then then the scouts of Force Recon found were he was. At a little

town deep inside Chernarus called Stary Sobor, Yoni, Tibo and Arne

were the ones who were sent to seek and destroy Makarov, Yoni as

Marksman, who was going to snipe makarov, Arne and Tibo were the ones

with supressors to kill the patrolls standing in their way. As soon as

Yoni reached a point of view in his sniperscope, he asked permission,

and when he had, he shot a DMR 50.cal Anti-vehicle round in the brains

of Makarov, his whole army saw Yoni and Yoni ran away with Arne and

Tibo for their life and hid in the woods. Then the real fight began.

The USMC Army striked at Makarov's army with tank platoons,

infantry platoons, AT Sectors and the big fight began. When they

were fighting Yoni went back to the body of Makarov wich was left

alone. Makarov was still alive, almost dead though. But Yoni went

to him, pushed his M9 Silenced on his head and asked "Why are you

doing this!?"...Makarov only answered with "The...Russian...Avenge.."

Yoni shot a bullet in his brains again, wich is a miracle he survived

that shot, maybe the DMR shot wasn't in the head. But that doesn't

matter...Makarov is dead, as Yoni went back to the base, his

Commander gave him the Medal of Honor and granted him 5 years

vacation with his family, of course Arne and Tibo could go with Yoni.

Yoni went to the chopper and will never remember the days he spend

in the USMC.

If the game fires your imagination enough to write a short story to go with a mission, then your on the right track, playing the game totally immersed.

Yeh i am planning to make a campaign about it, that is very hard to do so. I can script a little and make some small missions but that is challenging, i'm going to dowload a manual for expert-scripting and maybe IF it works out i can start making the campaign and maybe post it public. But this will take a while, it can't be done in just 2 months.

You have a good story going, but it's really hard to read because of the poor grammar. I'd clean it up a bit and maybe add a bit more action and it would be even better. :)

I know the grammar is poor, i'm not english though, i'm from Belgium. But the story isnt ment for only action, it's a quick story of what i did in the editor :D. It's just to show you guys what my campaign (i'm going to make) will be about. Of course it isn't easy to make a campaign, that requires hard work and a great memory to remember all the scripts. Anyway, is there a way to work together on a campaign? Like so i can build up a team (some dudes from school who are better in editor) so they can help me with things?
