Acustic Aiming Feedback for Launchers

Hello,

usually i deactivate the wp cursor on my servers.

This config affects the aiming with launchers.

It would be awesome to have a sound, while aiming (like in battlefield)

The vehicle driver should have a sound too, when someone is aiming on him.

What do you think about that?
