Readme Template? (Soundmod)

Hi all,

What should I write in my Readme for my sound mod? Obviously I'm gonna add my thanks but what about the proper stuff bis would wish to see?

Go and look at some download pages for sound mods over at ArmaHolic that should give you a good idea what to include in a readme.
