It should, its a texture pack, see the release thread here http://ironfront.forumchitchat.com/post?id=6383742 on Iron front Fan forums, where theres more details, screenshots, and questions asked as well as tutorial. originally its .IFA file which means its texture pack for vanilla Iron front, but if you change the .IFA to .pbo is shouldn't be any different other then allowing you to use in Arma2CO.
