chortles 263 Posted June 30, 2013 Wasteland is player vs. player, Insurgency is players vs. AI co-op.
sorophx 25 Posted June 30, 2013 Wasteland is a very odd mode that seems to be trying to merge DayZ and :Life. only without zombies and civilians. it's so painfully dumb that I kind of lost hope in Arma's community seeing Wasteland servers always full. Insurgency is a game mode ported over from Project Reality, only in Arma it isn't strictly PvP. in Insurgency you have to look for caches and destroy them. it's the best dynamic coop mode currently in the game for small squads and urban warfare the other mission where you start at base is called Domination
chortles 263 Posted June 30, 2013 Admittedly I favor Insurgency over Domination as far as what I enjoy playing, but that probably comes down to my experiences playing the existing A3 versions of those modes.
