Units can't get off Parachute when landing?

I've tried getting some AI, equipped them with Parachutes and jumped out of a plane but when they land on the ground the parachute just drags them whereever and just can't get off the Parachute. I've tried commanding them to disembark, nothing work. Anyone else having this issue?

this sounds like an issue back in the early iterations of ArmA2 where if you land on a slope the parachute will drag you until you slide onto a more level surface. Dunno if this is what your experiencing as I haven't tested the parachuting yet myself. Unfortunately BIS will have to fix this. I think the only other solution is a "cut chute" script.
