DAGRs do not appear to be guided

I originally posted in Q&A, checking whether the DAGRs were supposed to be guided: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?155925-Are-the-DAGRs-supposed-to-be-guided&p=2407685#post2407685, established that they are, and I seem to be doing everything right.

But for me they do not appear to demonstrate any guiding in flight whatsoever. I can Tab to acquire targets with the KA-60 (square indicator around target), and lock on to them (when the target's in front of me, a diamond indicator appears on top of the square one, shrinks a bit and then stays steady forming an 8 pointed star).

But when I fire, the rockets always seem to fly directly towards the crosshairs. Other than the target indicator behaviour, range etc, they seem to behave just like the AH-9's unguided rockets. I'm using the regular Beta and I have played OFP, A1, A2. Tried the Helicopter scenario, editor missions etc.

Honestly, you might be too close to the target for the rocket to effectively guide to it.

he's not to close, they used to have enough of a turn to make it about 15 degrees off centerline at that distance.

i wonder if its like the bug i saw on the live stream, where you get the "locked up" icon stright away, before it actually locks

I've tried at longer distances and waited longer, fired from stationary hover, etc. No difference. In the screenshots I've locked on some seconds before

Just realized that the answer was in post #5 of your original topic. You are using 0.58 stable. This is fixed in the dev version. Stable is supposed to be updated to 0.60 tomorrow, which should include this fix.

Thanks, but the comment was "There is a slight bug in stable patch, the rockets are not exactly accurate"; I didn't understand this to mean that DAGRs are currently not guided at all. Checking Dev version.

Well, they aren't exactly accurate, are they? I already checked both versions. DAGR is ineffective in current stable.

No prob. Again, Sitrep #00014 says the stable will update tomorrow, so hopefully this issue will go away.
