Editing Evolution It wont open

So I de-pbod Evolution and now when I go to SP and go to editor I select Evolution.

But it says this "include file -PATH TO MY ARMA 2 PROFILE-\missions\tcb-co32 evo blah blah blah\dialogs\evo_mainUI_blue.hpp not found"

It just closes ARMA

All I want to do is some simple spawning (adding some new vehicles)

All is in the error, a file is missing. Try to find where it's included and remove the line. It should be something like #linclude "dialogs\evo_mainUI_blue.hpp".

Also, maybe your source is corrupted, try to get the mission from another source.
