Directx 10 is not supported by your adapter

Hi,

i recently bought into the Alpha only to get the error "Directx 10 is not supported by your adapter"

i am running a GTX 560 which is directx 11 compatible, with the latest nvidia drivers.

i have also tried many old versions to no avail.

Has anyone else had this issue? or know how to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated.

try the directx diagnostic tool dxdiag. perhaps a bad driver install?

I ran it. but everything seems to be fine.

It says i have Directx 11 and that all DirectX feature are enabled.

well then i would reinstall or try a different gpu driver version, and verify the game´s files integrity through steam

So? Download DX form MS and install. I do believe it is June 2010. Newer Drivers are out for Nvidia.
