Arma 3 adding Acre to a server.

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've recently rented a server and have began hosting. I have installed a collection of various other skins/weapons as well as CBA without any issues. However when I add any files pertaining to Acre to my server, it refuses to start up or appear on the Arma 3 server list. Removing Acre files clears the problem and I'm once again able to play.

As for the Acre version, I am using the exact same files as I did to join Acre enabled servers (which worked fine).

I'm wondering if someone who is running Acre on their server could help me out with what the problem may be.

Thanks guys.

i am using: "mod=@CBA_A3;@JayArma3Lib;@acre;" in my restarter.ini. Are CBA and Jaylib missing?

I run it like you Predator and I get

"Include file x\cba\addons\main\script_macros_common.hpp not found."

when starting the server, any ideas?

I thought you needed the United Operations version of CBA until it's officially released? ie: UOCBA_A3 ?

That's how we are running it and no issues

I'm running it with CBA_A3. I'll give the one you mentioned shot though. Thanks Savage.

Hopefully that works :) You can get the UO version from their SU repos (check their forums for links)

hmmm..well the only reason I suggested it is because we had a guy last week trying to get ACRE installed and once he switched from CBA_A3 to UO's version it worked. Maybe there was something else to it.....
