Custom Radio sounds not playing over multiplayer

I've been in a little bit of a pickle these past two days trying to figure it out.

I have made an audio file .ogg which i have placed into my arma 3 profile inside the folder called Sound

They are all under 50kb in file size

they play to me client side perfectly when using the radio keys

but other people can't hear them? they only see the text of what the .ogg file is called.

even after they have radio chatter turned on in the volume tab they still can't hear it for somereason?

Was thinking exactly same when I read the title of the topic lol

Heck, my personal experience is that every time when people had custom sound files on servers in A2, it made both the connection between clients and server lag and caused pretty massive FPS lag for some reason, especially on servers that were running heavy missions like Domination – let alone the sound spam itself...

Then they are not enabled server/missionwise, and as stated above people hosting servers for a longer while know why ;)
