TV-PressPass 10 Posted March 26, 2013 (edited) Big shout out to BIS for the newest update! These new iron sights on the TRG series rifles are a big improvement. As a Tavor owner: I am super excited to see my rifle in the game, and like to see all the different variations. For anyone unfamiliar, BIS recently swapped out the diamondback sights on the TRG to something reminiscent of a KAC micro-sight. From a mechanical standpoint this is an unlikely evolution of the Tavor platform of rifles. Bullpup shooters usually don't like having a handle slamming back and forth close to their body. Things like the sights or the angle or the rail or the shape of the charging handle don't bug me. (its the future! Go nuts!) But everytime I see that little animation pinging back and forth on my in-game gun I have to laugh a little. fatalitywolf 1 Posted March 26, 2013 i do quite actually like the weapon in game its a nice and compact weapon at one point i was carrying it and an EBR which so far are too weapons i love to use i just need a propper scope for my EBR as the RCO and ARCO are restricted to 300m so i have to compersate to reach out there and smack someone in the face at 800 meters and a bit off topic it is fun to leave little present around for people to find near points of intrest. and by little presents i mean APM's Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
TV-PressPass 10 Posted March 26, 2013 I've very interested to see more with the fatigue system as the Alpha develops. If you've ever handled an M14 in a sage chassis you'll agree: they're heavy! That is one of the heaviest .308 platforms I've ever used. I love being able to zero my rifles in all the arma series. I hope more of that comes in as we see more optics appearing. Curious as to what sort of reticle they use in the higher power scopes. Mildot is a little bit old fashioned these days. I know a few people who really like Horus, but I'd love to see something like an Vortex EBR reticle available! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Gorbachev 1 Posted March 26, 2013 I love Viper's EBR. I am able to repeatedly and reliably hit targets at varying distances with each shot out to 800 yards. While at 16x though, the hold-over at 1600 yards is below my field of vision unfortunately. All with a Savage 110. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
instagoat 133 Posted March 26, 2013 Charging handle on the short Tavors is reciprocating for me, though. I´ve not tested the long one yet. Edit: misread.
