Advanced orders to AI pilot and picking up weapons

One of the things that always bothered me with A2 compared to OpF is the fact that you can't order your AI to pick up guns from the fallen soldiers in case they run out of ammo. That was dead easy before. Is there a mod that fixes this?

Also, a mod or script that allows you to give more detailed orders to an AI pilot (chopper pilot for example), height to fly at, go forward, stop, strafe left, spin around, etc.? Would be nice to have in order to sling load a heavy vehicle in longer SP missions...

for getting the ai to pickup weapons, just go near the dead body and select the soldier you want to pick up weapons and press 6-Gear then just rearm him as you see fit

or just tell him to rearm at "blah blah"
