Update #14: Bug fixes; Player arrays update (fixes hostages going to extract zone, yet not ending round); updated Virtual Ammobox to v7

Update #15: Fixed bug when players in vehicles don't get placed at spawn upon a new round. Added screen black-out upon death. Removed access to the Virtual Ammobox for hostages. Time sync is improved. Help tab in briefing should no longer disappear.

Update 16 - Applied helmet cam script update by Tajin; Improved melee detection (credits to SaOk for line of sight code)

Quick update - Cops can now melee (knife) the terrorists for an instant, and silent kill. Players can jump with the Tab key while running.

Next update will include the ability for terrorists to surrender, allowing the police to arrest them (teleporting them out of the game area).

Update 18 - Some bug fixes, knifing no longer requires eye contact with unit (just a line of sight). Players will now have their positions reset properly when the round restarts (no more getting killed if in a vehicle and scenario changes.)

April 18th, 2013 - Update #19: Integrated my "Bullet-Wind Interaction System" (Wind affects bullet path). Reverted to old spawn system (players will no longer join into a round when they connect).
