Computer specs - can I run it?

Hello,

I'm new here.

I have computer with Intel i7 2.93 ghz

ATI random HD 5750 1024mb

4 GB ram

Any chance it can run Arma III?

I have not played computer games since Operation Flash point. So although I have a descent computer, I am not sure what it takes to run these games anymore.

I know specs the game recommend, but I don't know how my specs compare to it.

Any help would be appreciated.

You should be alright with medium settings, 1500 view distance, for a comfortable framerate. I run on a 3.6 quad, 7850 2GB, and 4GB of ram as well, and I net about 40-50 FPS on less intensive missions, usually 20-30 on the heavy AI centric ones combined with multiplayer, so relative to my system, which is similiar, my guess is you'd get similiar frames to me on medium.

EDIT: Assuming that hardware requirements scale well and are consistent, which I can't vouch for quite yet.

There is a very clearly labelled thread for this: Will my PC run this? What CPU/GPU to get? What settings? What System Specifications? please use that, as a new forum user please familiarise yourself with the various forums and the sticky threads in those forums before starting new threads.
