Need help with Tasks/Triggers!

Hello,

So, well, to begin with I recently went into creating missions for Arma III and I've covered most of the basics except creating tasks and triggers.

I've been looking through a couple of guides regarding tasks and triggers, I must say that they're confusing the hell out of me.

I'm not really used to this way of doing it through the editor so if someone would be kind enough and answer my stupid questions that'd be appreciated.
