Ambient Civilians Config details ?

Anyone know where to locate information on the Civilian Modules as i am looking to add an EH to all Spawned Civilians and cannot find anything in the Config Viewer.

Is there already Ambient Civilians in Arma 3 Alpha? I couldn't find it :S

This is in module, select "Sites" in category and you can place civils sites but i don't know how to configure it, i think we can't.
