Graphics Cards WHICH ONE?

Hey guys I need a updated Card because Standard is low for me. (I think it is my graphics card) I can not play Arma 3 on Ultra. I have to go in window and in a tiny resolution. You're not going to run it on Ultra with either of those at any form of decent frame rate.

DevilDogGamer runs a GTX680 in his video's, PC Gamer guy video taht came out at launch was running an nVidia Titan, and Dslyecxi runs two(2) GTX680's from memory. That's the kind of hardware required to run it on Ultra at good frames.

Personally I have a 2gb 6950. I average 40fps (as low as 30, as high as 70) on high/very high settings.

Will my PC run this? What CPU GPU to get? What settings? What System Specifications?
